Products are shipped by courier company SERPOST. Deliveries take between 7 and 15 days according to the city and country of destination. The postal company is responsible for the delivery time.
We accept refund of the product cost but not the cost of shipping, as long as the product returns in the same condition it was sent. The return shipping cost is assumed by the buyer.
The cash back is returned by the same payment gateway by which it was paid.
You can change the purchased item whenever the same cost or more. If there is difference, the customer will pay the difference.
